Actually there was a rectangle made of purple dots covering the area where  Vampire  the masquerade and clan quest mod would be.

Nevermind. Fixed it myself.

Was looking through the dialogue with Damsel and found the following entry, "G.Player_Anarch = 1", so I tried entering that into the console and now the quest became available.

Hi.

I'm running the latest CQM with Camarilla Edition light.

Is there some way you can join the anarchs after you've completed the Plaguebearers quest? I told Damsel that she was a good person but I didn't tell her I wanted to join the anarchs. That was a lot of hours ago (I'm just about to head to Kings Way now) and I realised that I have to join the anarchs to get the Brujah Clan quest.

Is there a console command or similar that i can use or do i have to go back to an earlier save?

Of badass female vampires from movies for the inspiration, there are barely any examples, not to say leads. The ones who are any good tend to be anything but this, purely social- or magic- oriented. Even these are either difficult to implement in terms of graphic design or already in the game.

Hi.

I'm currently doing the model citizen quest and i've placed all the cameras (3 in this case) and i've been asked to activate them on the laptop. However, i don't get the option to activate them on the computer which means i'm stuck. Will try to reload an older save and will include console output if it still doesn't work.

Ok, for curiosity (and a chance to write it down now I remember to) the code in the dialog is pc.SetQuest("@",#) where # is the quest ID and # is the progression (use as reference the four "quest_" txt files in vdata/system). In her dialogue it's specifically pc.SetQuest("Slasherpiece",1), so copying that in the 5th slot (those inside the {}) of a dialogue will trigger it when the dialogue line is selected or used by the npc. For example,  after a backup edit the prostitute dialog, at the first empty line after her first line (normally the 11th) edit the first part as it:
