Is Unity 5 planned for moving, once it's released? or keeping to Unity 4?

The dev team plans to switch to Unity 5 once it's out.

That is correct, we'll began porting to Unity 5 once its out. There are a lot of benefits that worth the upgrade, not only visual improvements, but major physics upgrades (updating to PhysX 3.3 and reworked clothing simulation), not to mention proper 64-bit editor that won't crash every time it hits any memory limit due to having a lot of assets loaded up within the editor. The more contents you have, the easier it hits the memory limit, the faster it crashes. But I'm also pretty sure the newer lighting engine will give way better results in terms of lighting than Unity 4 ever could.

You can find the Unity Engine system requirements here. I'd say those would probably be the minimum system requirements.

No, I think they are for the latest release (v4.5).

Unsure about the requirements on Unity 5 but they shouldn't be too different from version 4.5, if anything there's been a massive amount of performance improvement done on Unity 5, not to mention we'll make sure the game will run well on low end machines as much as possible, without sacrificing too much in visual quality for them.
