First, The Interview with the Vampire thread, however I may add some chapters to it, it’s not a story to be continued, it’s a background for the character I am using on Raven’s Call.

I am adding a new chapter to answer a complaint that Lancea presented to me: How is that a young guitarist got proficient at swordplay and firearms?
In case you are wandering, yes, I got Roman’s ok before post it.
If you got any comments, suggestions or (dare I say?) complaints, place them here on this thread.
-----signature-----           Cant we all just get along?...No? Ok...then i will just rip your head off.

Hee hee hee... guess who. In all earnesty though, you are to be commended for your work, the Blake story does indeed add depth to the character and explain stuff. All in all - nicely done.

Now, personally, I still think he's waaay to hardcore for a relatively fresh neonate, and Torrie at that, but that may be just me.

What about Leopold from the Clan novel series? I suppose, he diablerised a Setite and planted a dodgy eye into his skull, is he just the exception?

Impending spoiler, so if you haven't finished the saga yet, you'd better watch your step...

 1. He did diablerize a Setite. A torpored Setite. Vegel was beyond helpless at this point.

 2. He did plant the Eye into his skull. The Eye made him.

 3. He was not a Toreador to begin with. At one point during the final confrontation it's revealed that his sire was Nickolai, the Tremere antitribu. Leopold's memories were manipulated to cover Petrodon's murder.

A compliment from you Lancea, I never would expect it! (No sarcasm intended)

Besides the age, you keep talking about being a toreador...its a toreador supposed to be clumsy or something?
Lets take the hunter on Raven’s Call, shall we? I wouldn’t expect him to be over a hundred years old. Id guess he would be as old as Blake (counting after his embrace), or slightly older.
Now you would probably say that he would have training since he was born or something like that, right? Well, he has no vampiric power, no celerity, no potence or whatever. Still he can, for the lack of a better expression, kick ass. Sure he may have some hunter discipline or something that I am not familiar.
Now what is so hard to accept in a vampire, even a torrie, with inhuman speed and over a decade of combat training?
As you say, live with it…                         -----signature-----           Cant we all just get along?...No? Ok...then i will just rip your head off.
