Tomaz giggles.

"Losers? Hardly. You mean to say you've seriously never heard of Marcus Shepard? He's spent more on this party than my net worth. Which is not inconsiderable...last I checked...I should check that soon actually... but, yeah, anyway, even if he didn't LOVE me, which, for some reason I can't figure, he does, he's not the selling-you-out type. Peace and love, West-Coast-Yuppie in a savage wilderness. Communing with nature, searching for inspiration, blah blah blah. Point is, he's cool.

Also, did I mention the wenches? Such fine, lovely wenches..."

Burke appears to be mulling it over.

"The hotel room seems more easily defensible. We post Tomaz on guard and pack as many of us into one bathroom as is comfortable, hang a 'do not disturb' sign and hope for the best. Then hope for better accommodations tomorrow night, I guess. 'shep's' place seems like something we could consider if it wasn't already almost morning, but I don't want to ponder the possibility of him being out, doors locked, or worse, being in a less-than-helpful mood as the sun starts coming up. Hotels will always let us in, assuming we don't look like we'll burn the place down." Burke pauses and looks at his clothes for a moment, and furrows his brow.

"Just my two cents."

Burke continues looking at his clothes, with an expression that looks as though he was already thinking the same thing, and concedes the point with a shrug of his shoulders and a half-smirk.

Burke reaches into his pocket and pulls out a neatly folded wad of bright green twenties, with more than a few brownish-orange hundreds packed into the middle. He counts out five twenties and hands them to Adrian.

"There, wherever we go, that should more than cover my share. Consider the rest a contribution to the cause. Or your door handle, whichever you prefer."

Burke grins a bit.

Riding along behind the car in the freezing cold of no-pants-land Gwendolyn wishs she were within the hopefully warm car, with a bit more cloths as the residents tussle and appear to be conversing and having fun with each other without her. She can make out the pretty distinct silhouettes of most of the crew but there seems to be an odd number out number of people within the vehicle and her mind wanders back to whom it could be. "Perhaps that burly guy actually made it some how," she supposes, shrugs, and moves onto other inner monologues, like "when they will stop driving in circles and make up their mind where they want to stop," "if they even care what she thinks on the matter,"or the gem of "where the fuck are we going?" Getting tired and after an eventful night she can really feel the pressure of the dawn coming as her beast yerns to be fed frantically, pressuring to be let out.

Sherie sighs as they approach a red light.  The sleepy town always seemed like a nice break from the city, but right now she feels nervous without other cars around to blend in with.  As the car rolls to a stop, she glances in the rearview mirror to make sure Gwen is still back there.  Sensing some uncertainty about where the others want to go, she just continues towards the motel that the GPS recommended earlier.

The GPS leads Sherie away north from the center of the city, the indigo road motel/bar/restaurant lies on a large plot away from its neighboring houses. its a fairly large renovated old building and parts of it on the outside still look as though it was something else before it was adapted into a motel , it doesn't look as cheesy or trashy impression people often associate with motels.
Spoiler for Hiden:
a Rough Visual aid to give a better idea of how the building is structured:

(note that the image for reference only and mostly untextured, so assume the one IC is far more detailed)
From the outside it appears the motel has three floors with the bar/restaurant probably at the ground floor where the main entrance and the large window.
The rest of the motel appears to be divided to room-two room sized chambers each with its own window, some of them lit and others dim or dark.

Three cars and a motorcycle are parked in front of the motel, the motorcycle is the closest to the entrance Also One of the Cars is parking right on the lawn by the side of the road..

Sherie drives slowly past an open space near the building, looking around for signs of anybody outside.  Once past the open space, she backs the car into the space, trying to give it a clear shot at the open road...in case a speedy departure is needed later.  After bringing the car to a halt, she turns off the headlights and carefully looks around again.

Gwendolyn pulls up next to the car, throttles the bike down, and shuts it off deploying the kickstand if it has one, else laying it down if it doesn't. She sighs, her hair having been massively wind blown from the ride and musses with it for a few moments before popping off the bike and saundering over to the car. She tries to ignore the black flakey skin and flesh pealing off her right leg as she walks over, lamenting the loss of the pants and everything that was carried within. Upon reaching the vehicle she taps on the passanger side window and shrugs wondering what is going on.

Not a soul is outside at this hour it seems save for a black cat that stands on guard as Sherie meets its eyes, as soon as it can the cat runs away and crawls under the wooden plank steps. There are still some lights on in two of the windows on the 2nd floor and a faint dim light coming from the corner room window in front of the parking space. The large ground  chamber still has lights though which means they they are still open for business..

Adrian slowly opens the door, careful not to hit the half naked woman.

"Pardon me, miss.  You must want to speak with your friends."

He flashes a warm, hopefully disarming smile.

Adrian walks past her and into the entrance of the motel.  He looks for a front desk.

Gwendolyn stares at Adrian as he walks past, blinking a few times as she does not recognise him.

"Who the fuck is that?" she questions to everyone in the vehicle.

Burke gives Gwen a welcoming half-smile, the first kind look he's given her since she disappeared in the library.

"That's Adrian. He seems very... Helpful. On that note, does anyone else find his helpfulness a touch disconcerting?"
Burke pauses for a moment then turns to Gary.
"So was the door handle thing intentional? Honestly I could not have thought of a better way to make sure the guy doesn't screw us over than to promise a few hundred bucks worth of repairs on his car if he drives us into town. Quick thinking." Burke smiles, seeming as though he truly believes that Gary ripped off the door handle intentionally.

Everyone aside from Adrian who is inside, may notice a man coming out of the Motel's main entrance.
The Man looks like he is in his mid-twenties, wearing a black work jacket with a name-tag that reads 'security' and jeans, he has short black hair and looks like he is somewhat tired or bored or both.

He looks around stretching his limbs as he notices the Car and Gwen with her no pants. He stands there for a minute or so before approaching the car.
"Hey, you guys with that guy that just came in?"
