All I can think of is Old Clan Tzimice or Laibon.  Although both are merely mentionned (to the best of my recollection).

Or are you speaking of Lucretia?  Although, I don't think she was what you'd call "a vampire".

Lucretia was a Follower of Set.  She was a horribly cliched, horribly dressed, undisciplined, unbelievably bad example of what a Setite elder should be.  I mean come on...who the fuck hisses when they talk!?!  And...a brothel?  I'm not even going to get started on that one.  I'm pretty sure she was the undead inspiration for Lisping Lisa.  Oh wait...there already is an undead version of Lisping Lisa (aka "Thundercunt").  But...what about her makes you wonder whether or not she was a vampire?

Hi, It's been years since I last posted here!

Would that be the Lamia? There was this key to Mercurio's room in Garinol's layer, but that one was hardly a character. Otherwise, Lamia are a Cappadocian bloodline.

DING DING DING!!  And rumenpi steps out of the mists of morpheus to correctly answer this brain-buster.

I tried dropping hints here and there, such as...
 - "avoid them like the plague" (they're virulent disease carriers)
 - "oddly guilible in their time" (that's how Christof described their parent clan)
 - "most Kindred would be incredulous of their existence" (Christof laughed and commented "what manner of beast wore this skull upon its neck?")
 - "is mentioned by name" (Garinol wrote in his journal that he could crack the seal on Mercurio's haven using his annointed skull of the Lamia)
 - "isn't really a character, and has no lines" (it's dead)
 - "can't tell if it's male or female, but probably female (again it's dead, but most Lamia were female)

There were a lot of good guesses thrown in there; we got to talk about quite a few obscure factions and bloodlines happy

Funny that, I thought "Lamia" and typed "Laibon".

It appears that sleep is indeed good sometimes.

And I thought of Libussa but remembered only Lucretia.

It's been ages since the last time I played Redemption.

If I remember correctly, they started out as a Gangrel bloodline, but the name then became the common name for African Kindred.

Then again, I can't confirm this due to my giving away my copy of Kindred of the Ebony Kingdom some two years ago.

Awww... I was guessing "Tal'Mahe'Rah" all throughout the obscure bloodline quiz, though I suppose that's more of a super-secret organization than an actual bloodline.

As a note, a lamia is also an "actual" mythological creature, not just a Masquerade bloodline. Persian/Middle Eastern monster. Also helps explain the shape of the skull, as the Cappdocian Lamia were all humanish. (One shows up in Dark Ages: Cappadocian as Constancia's bodyguard.) It'd be a little anachronistic for a Cappadocian to have a Lamian skull, anyway - they only turn cannibalistic after they Embrace the Giovanni and suffer the Feast of Folly.
