Question about Diablerie

I was wondering, if a vampire diablerises another one then promptly a team of medic experts in vampire medicine performs a full blood transflusion and the vampiric equivalent of a CPR, or whatever it takes, can the latter vampire survive and the former rise on generation? :chinscratch:
