Q: Is the Chronicle Story-Driven or Character-Driven?

A: It is Character-Driven in a manner close to how Character-Driven is described in Wrath:The Oblivion 2nd Edition's P.207, Yet applied to the Settings and ruleset of Vampire: The Masquerade Revised.

Q: What does Character-Driven means ?

A: More than Story-Driven,
 While there is a final goal to be reached in this sort of Story , The path to that goal is much more amorphous, and is defined only by what makes sense for the characters to do

Q: Does the Chronicle have an overarching Story  ?

Q: Why is the Chronicle not Story-Driven ?

A: If I simply wanted everything to happen precisely according to a Linear Pre-Written Plot I would make a Movie or a Novel...
