Yuki's loop
« on: August 10, 2011, 02:36:40 pm »
Yuki is trying to be helpful at the beginning of sweep-out mission at Chinatown. Unfortunately she gets a loop with attacking already rip target, and this catches her to attack it continuously. Is it only my case? I have got savegames to present, if it will help.

That's new to me, but I know she can easily get stuck at the big double door with her targets behind it.

This is other case:
(att)
As I see it now, she's like attacking opfor spawn point (?) much likely, not his "ghost". See swords location.
edit: I recognise there was problem described by you, but I've simply opened door for her. For this case it worked.

So the problem is gone after the doors are open? I can't do anything about her AI anyway...

I have noticed this on one occasion as well. Even after integrating it into the comp mod framework, she still did that. I only ever saw that bug once though, so there is likely not  a repeatable sequence by which to test this problem. Not sure what could be done for that. Comp Mod has a lot of clever hacks for AI bugs, but this may be an exception.

She was attacking closed door first. Then, she had problem with exit, so I opened door for her. She came out and started to attack no target.

She says that the Kuei-Jin are ghost people. Maybe she was hitting a Kuei-Jin that you couldn't see? LOL
