So I'm replaying Clan Quest. For some reason, even though I blackmailed him, the Doc didn't get me the money. So I just figured I would use "pc.MoneyAdd(50)" to it ($50 specifically).

According to the console, "pc is undefined"...

What? How is that possible? Isn't "pc" kind of important? Why would it suddenly be undefined?

pc is a variable, sometimes when a map is loaded it isn't defined.

Try:
pc = __main__.FindPlayer()
pc.MoneyAdd(50)
