+Restored way to kill Vandal and improved other SM clinic details.
+Improved Dragon's Breath and vehicle models, thanks to endthewars.
+Removed Pisha snack reward and fixed Persuasion of Phil and Stan.
+Restored tutorial Jack end animation and made crying Jenny louder.
+Improved controls options menu and settings text for widescreens.
+Removed Kent's driver license item to restore Fatguy melee attack.
+Made Patty go behind Confession and fixed a few turnstile issues.
+Removed Mercurio's car from hub if you snitched on him to LaCroix.

Restored and corrected junk details on many maps, thanks Norrwin.
Made Tseng hide his guns faster and Carson's killing being logged.
Fixed being stuck on warrens gate and added ammo to Society roof.
Corrected Python script that broke when renaming the patch folder.
Made hunters attack Tung and Barabus turn off Potence more often.
Fixed pier water, warehouse ladder and several interesting places.
Corrected some mistakes in the walkthrough and minor text issues.

Why? Is there a way to get up there without using noclip?

Yes. If you have full Celerity you can jump there from the nearby cliff. The boxes were there already to hide some map holes, so I figured I gave anybody managing this a small reward :)!

Okey, just did a fresh install, plus 10.9, first i got to say wow, more than 100 downloads just in 24 hours?that's cool.
I have two problems right now, first one i am pretty sure is on my system, i  get very small freezes, like 1 second or 2, didn't have the problem on my other installation(it's still in there). have any idea about possible cause? mostly happens in dialogues.
The second, in pier while two cops are talking, the girl doesn't cry, i went to beach and came back and i could hear her while i was climbing the stairs and went to the fence but it was hardly noticeable.
Besides she has no animation, just stands there, same thing about the cops but i guess there was never any animation for them in first place. it would be good if anything can be added though, right now it doesn't seem they are talking.
Another thing, i guess unfixable, when you talk to jack at the end of tutorial, he turns his back so he can leave but when you use your dialogue, he turns back again.i think this is a feature of dialogue engine, maybe can be fixed by removing the last line of player or changing it's place? it kinda ruins the moment, jack has some pretty cool animations there.

I made this a little bit louder now, but I don't think it should be very audible otherwise it would drown the much more interesting conversation of the cops. For which indeed no animations exist...

Hmmm, maybe change the girl position? moving her closer to body? As for animation for the girl, if nothing is assigned to her already, maybe the bum animation would be nice (the one that they sit down on the ground).

Really? I never really noticed. That is another issue for me here, we would do a lot of work for a feature that most people won't even notice! Yes, we did that very often already in the patch, but the differences are getting smaller and smaller with no effect on the gameplay and the work involved gets more and more. This is the same as with all the people complaining about clones or weird behaviour with Cyberpunk 2077 pedestrians! I have no time to notice this when playing the game ;).
As I said, when it works correctly, no one notices it. When it doesn't, like Cyberpunk 2077 pedestrians, most people notice that kind of detail. Which is why people complain about it. For example, I have been thinking about modifying Bloodlines dancer models for a while. Unlike most other NPC's, they are low poly and they do not have proper eyes and mouth. I am sure most people notice that, even though some definitely doesn't.
This would mean changing the PC monitor model,  so if you want to do it, I can take a look. Still we would need to make sure that once the shooting starts, these PC can leave their seat and flee! Otherwise it would look stupid. In case of Arthur I actually use two NPCs that I switch, the plus one only who starts at the computer and the original one. It would be a lot of work to do this for some random NPCs that don't really matter...
Added detail would be nice. I will look into it as soon as I have some free time.

She already has the crying animation which works fine.
I couldn't agree more. Her animation is fine as it is.

Mainly, it looks like a sound file is being played at the moment with those two just standing there, cause their lips don't move and as part of their idle animation, they turn back and make it noticeable.
I would like to see any improvement as always if possible. but this is much less important than instances like Malcolm which i actually liked the fix btw. but to be honest i only noticed the problem with cops now because this is the first time i am not using any dark mod.

The nurse animation only plays after you talk to her and go in back, my suggestion would be to make it playable even before that, so it's possible to sneak past her when she says you are not allowed to go back there.
I was talking to Vandal, and after i denied to be a vampire, there was a short black fade before returning to game which i found weird.

This is not intended by Troika, you need to succeed in a dialogue check with her to pass.

This was already in the original game and is there to avoid blocking him from his room...

Yes, i heard about that problem, but i am on win7, i am going to switch from intl to NVIDIA, might solve the freeze problem at least.Thanks.

Oh Really? i thought they were always there. But yes it's hard even in dialogues, let alone separate animations.
Arthur line 261 seems to refer to PC gender by saying "boy", but there is no female line for it, i did try to fix it but results are not looking good. but if it's indeed referring to PC gender, showing the female line without the boy word might be easier than creating a female one with a replacement word on it.

This might be a matter of speech too, because the player obviously is no child. Others call the player bro regardless of gender...

Yes, it might be that too as, in some other instances he calls female one by sugar and male one by son.

As I said, I am all for improving the game and Wesp5 would be my witness to that. But this is not something I can improve without decompiling the hub map, which would cause more problems than it solves.


If we ever get to fix Bloodlines SDK, this is something I might tackle, among other things. But until then, there is not much I can do.

I can't check right now, but I believe regular cops do have capability for mouth movement. It is just never used.

I agree. You can hardly see it in the dark and this is also true for a lot of other conversations like between Dane cops or hunters.

If the cop in front of the Gallery Noir is a normal cop, they can move their mouths ;).
