Great find! I never noticed it myself but you can noclip into the taxi to see it better. I agree with what you are assuming...

I recently found a texture file for a film reel case. I'm not sure where it's used, since it doesn't appear in any of the Hollywood locations I'd expect to find it.

The case is for Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

I already restored that to the Ground 0 netcafe long ago :)! It's in the section with the headrunners, in the corner left from the door that is broken down when you first enter.

Yeah, this seems to be a random issue now, but SamSpin already knows about it. BTW, while you are here, can any normal X20 clan vampire have red eyes? I believe this is only a Gangrel problem?

In the mod or in World of Darkness lore? In the mod I haven't done anything with characters' eyes, so whatever colour eyes are in the Unofficial Patch, it'll still be that way here.

In the setting lore, when Gangrel frenzy, they have a chance of gaining an animalistic trait. Sometimes it's temporary, lasting only a few nights, sometimes it's permanent. It's unique to every Gangrel, mostly based on whatever your preferred animal forms are. Beckett's got permanent claws and glowing eyes, since he often takes the form of a wolf. Others might get bat ears, or cat-like pupils, or a patch of fur, or whatever.

Outside of that, some vampire media -- illustrations in the books or scenes from the brief TV series -- depicts vampires getting glowing eyes whenever they're using something like Auspex, but that's more an artistic choice to show a power's being used than something which is literally happening. Protean's "Eyes of the Beast" power does specifically say it causes the eyes to glow red, though.

In the lore, I ask for the Prelude where Marius217 made a cool model but it has red eyes which I think isn't canon.

That's how I remembered it, so we will remove the red eyes I would guess. Thanks for clearing that up!
