After reinstalling vtmb, I made a grass texture that is 4x larger than vanilla one, tried to change the scale through the vmt file, but this did not affect the texture in game, it looks the same as if there was a 1:1 scale. Though with the retextures I made before the reinstallation and scaled in the same way, everything is fine, they look as they should. I'm using Unofficial patch 11.0, Bloodlines SDK 2.0+

My first suggestion is that you check the paths.
If you have installed your files in /vampire/materials and the patch has also made changes to this particular .vmt file, your changes are overridden.

Maybe it's a dumb question, but what happens if you remove the line that starts with "$basetexturetransform"?

It's supposed to scale texture, but for this one it doesn't work, therefore nothing happens

I assume that you have checked that the filename and extension are correct and that there are no missing " and {.
Other than that I have no more ideas. Sorry.
