And strange moons circle through the skies,
But stranger still is
Lost Carcosa.

This is really great work! I like the overall design, and the face is absolutely beautiful.

For DDS texture compression and optimization, Compressonator (ATI/AMD, open-source) seems to be the most up-to-date, though it would make any difference only for lossy.

@decide - thanks, that's good to know! To be fair I haven't seen any noticeable loss, but I will use it and compare.

@vampire_nonsense & Barabbah - thank you! I was going for a more...understated sexiness kind of look, something she might have been wearing to the club or bar or wherever she met her sire, but she was really more or less a regular girl in life (starving artist background...heh).

About retexturing in Bloodlines, maybe this short explanation will be of interest for you as well:

Unfortunately, I have very little experience with 3D modelling programs, about the most I ever did was make static poses for Fallout New Vegas...I did attempt to load my model into Blender using the old tutorial, but failed miserably (I'm not sure if I did something wrong or the information is just outdated, in any case it told me Python wasn't installed although it was and the model wouldn't load at all). So it's probably best if I stuck to Photoshop...

In any case, I finished Emily's outfit pack and maybe I can actually play her now.  :justabite:

(I realise she looks faintly Brujah, although she's a Torrie...)

Next up I might have a go at giving Heather a new outfit too (because there aren't enough of those already  )

I have been lurking in your mods repository thread, yes.  :vampwink: How's that coming along?

I also realised I am using your Ming retexture in my game.

Hahahahaha thanky!!

I want to give you a little suggestion: try to add a bit of variety with colors. For example: the second one (the one with the grey jacket with short sleeves) try to change the grey shirt in a, I don't know, a grunge-like one  just an idea   :vampwink:

It's not a bad idea.  :vampwink: I was mostly trying to cut down on my workload, since each one of these is hours of work.  But a grunge tartan jacket could definitely work, if I can bring myself to start over on the jacket texture.

Spoiler for Hiden:
I don't get this bum/alternative fashion trend. For anyone from second/third world this looks either laughable or offensive, dependent on one's sense of humor. These people have no idea what real poverty is.

Actually grunge's flanel shirt were used since the people of that underground scene, before the popularity explosion, needed warm clothes (since seattle has a cold weather) and because they weren't actually wealthy and had often to buy second hand stuff. Obviously when grunge went mainstream many posers seeked the grunge fashion and the fashion market sucked the soul of of it.

In either case I was just proposing a different color for the shirt (and flanel patterns are really nice in my opinion)
