Hm, the top is already purple. Why not make them silvery white like the main title instead?

I hate what I did with the female Malk now... lol

This is what slows me down, this kind of situation.

I think I'll just use some skins from ModDB for the time being, for any I don't feel like properly recoloring.

I could have gone black and red with female Malk but I figured so many skins did already - bah! It looks great that way.  Someone already did this.

Rather than derail IanW's thread further on his newly improved clan symbols, I'm posting to mine.

I don't even see this clan on your White Wolf wiki so I'm assuming they are made up?

http://whitewolf.wikia.com/wiki/Baali

Ah, well I was looking under Clan (VTM) and it isn't there:

http://whitewolf.wikia.com/wiki/Clan_(VTM)

Well, this is lame. I guess I'll just resurrect the ladies-diving-into-the-flames of the last title screen I made.

As for Moon Mod's title, Madness Mod was much more coherent in nature than this one. "Moon Mod" reflects a change in myself away from such coherence by way of what will be perceived as obscure symbolism (no subtitles, not explained). Again, like before, this is just an art project.

So I threw in probably 15 or so addons from Mod DB, but now I face the same challenges as last time...many of these things have small flaws that really bug me.

Example, neck seams wrong, different skin tones so it looks like their head is separate from the rest of their body.

Or flaws in the appearance of the texture - warping resultant from doing the texture in 2D rather than properly in 3D - once it's wrapped around the 3D mesh of the character. That needs special attention in Blender with texture fixing.

Oh well. At least I have plenty to do. Heh I think I'lll crack open hammer and try some level editing though, and see what this laptop can do when it comes to compiling maps... Shudder. At least it's quad core but still.

This is what I'm talking about.

Again, work in progress, nothing final, I hate half of it and like the rest, blah blah blah.

click here to see it on Vimeo instead

And yeah, I'm crediting anyone whose work I used, just as I was doing the last time.

No bad Icicle. I notice you have the skip intro button, I never worked out how to get that.

You only get that if the game finds an old save and if the resolution is greater than 800x600...

I used to get the option but it stopped appearing I have a new PC now but it stopped appearing on my old PC and has never appeared on this new one. Also as I've posted in another topic I'm having problems with widescreen but the lack of skip intro button predates it for a long while. According to my computer settings my resolution is 1920 x 1080. I already have saved games on my new PC and had quiet a few on my old one.

Ya I believe that's the high resolution causing it to be placed somewhere off-screen instead, an old bug?  Not sure 100% but I think I faced this before too.  It always appeared for me in lower resolutions though.

As far as I know Troika did a very ugly hack with the Skip Intro button. It does not scale with the resolution but will appear at different places when you change it. Maybe at your resolution it's hidden by some other GUI element?

Its possible, I don't see it poking out anywhere thou. Any ideas why Bloodlines, UP and Mods, don't want to be full screen anymore?

No idea, but you can force the game with the launch option -fullscreen.
