Have you contacted burgermeister yet about inclusion in the CQM 4.0? Also the video area shown is too obviously taken from the museum, so if this isn't connected please change it some more...

I had spoken with burgermeister, and yes, he has no problems with the integration, also, he offer me help too...

I used museum like a base of the map and is similar in some places. I remove all except basement, and this part is twice bigger than museum map was...
Only distribution of some rooms remember the museum.
Now I'm working in the gas station map, this, is totally hand made (no base)

Still you need to cover your traces better, like replacing the barrels and things in the loading area which looks just too similar to the museum. In my new maps I started with Bloodlines versions too, but I think nobody could recognize now that the Smoke Shop is based on the Tatoo Parlour and the Coffee Shop on the Red Spot :)!

Truly amazing piece of works! Even though they're barebone for now, it really shows alot of thought went into these expansion.

Can't wait to see how your version of Santa Monica will turn out. Because it is my favorite area. Compact, straight to the point, but still having much rooms to expand. You could say i'm sexually identify as Santa Monica.

Thanks Diamond!
But I'm sorry to say that I'm not planning modding S.M. hub, just only hollywood...

I keep working in the mod. Now I can update the status...

1) Modify hw hub (98% done)
This part is almost done, (it was 2 weeks ago, I have been fixing some visual issues, and added a new apartment).

2) QUESTS:

    2a) CDC quest: (95%)
All is done here, but I have some problems with the python script, and I don't know what is happening...

    2b) Car quest: (70% done)
I keep working on the gas station map now. Did some structural changes, and added some complexity to the quest if you try doing in stealth. I have added the cabbie in the map (I was not sure if it will work because the map is not a hub, but... it does!)
At this moment, I only did the dlg for quest giver and 1 npc in the area, nothing in python...

2c) Chinese quest (100%), I redone the map for this quest, and all is working fine now. There's only a scripted video secuence the looks like ugly, because mobs movement is not so good, but I will not touch this, because I lack the skills for improve it and now is working...

    2d) Madam Liotta's quest. (35% done)
This will be the big quest for the mod, and I won't to spoil too much...
Madam Liotta's shop is done, also the house of someone that can help in the quest. (those two places are in the hw hub), minor changes in cemetery too, and I had done two maps more, but there's too much work left. (more maps and I'm working in a very hard boss encounter)

P.D:
All of this will be released without voices. I'm not a native english speaker, and don't know anyone. I'll be happy if the comunity will do it. Because voices are a big improvement for game inmersion that I can't do. If nothing changes, will be 8 new NPC that need voices...

P.D.2:   This mod is done over 3.1.2, (I had burgermeister permission), and if 4.0 will be released before mine, I will try to make it compatible.

Nice enough, but still a few of details - such like trims, smooth wall corners and figured roofs on the buildings; garbage, stains and shadowings on the grounds and walls, various small extra furniture and household items... Don't be afraid to add them to your creations, and they will filled with life :)
Also, the floor at the last screenshot is too stretched. It must be a half or quarter scaled down.

Good to know!
I think I will release this mod next month. Of course, if someone can improve something, will be fine. Scripting will be the weakest part. And, as I said, won't have sounds...

A preview of Gas Station... (Het Wesp5! Can you see the truck wayout?  :taunt:)

The latest video, was that an expansion of the original map or an entirely new one? Also, great work as always.
