Dialog Mode Zoom & Corpse Fade Timer

Hey there,

I was wondering if there's a config or console command that controls the amount of camera zoom when you engage an NPC in dialogue. I'm playing at a pretty high resolution and the camera zooms in a little too close for my liking. I've gone through the cvarlist and found nothing, so hopefully this doesn't turn out to be a hardcoded feature.

EDIT: I was also wondering if there's a way to modify the 'corpse fade timer' on a global level (without having to edit NPC templates one by one) so corpses of slain foes don't vanish so quickly (and perhaps retain their ragdoll properties).

About your dialog-camera problem. That's not hardcoded, but the files you have to edit are not unpacked from the archives in the patch, or in Camarilla or TFN mod. I don't know about Clan Quest or Comp mod.

You'd have to unpack the subdirectory \vampire\vdata\camerashots\ and edit the files dialogdefault.txt and dialogdefaultwoman.txt That should cover for most dialogs. Sorry can't help you any further, because I have only made a few tests with these files myself. :pixorstfu:

For the corpses, I don't know what keeps or removes them from the map.
