got it working as far as I can tell. I kept replacing every file i think that was the problem :)

Honestly I have no idea if some of the links are invalid. I haven't done anything about camarilla edition in years. What I do know is that you can get it on ModDb.

Im assuming i installed it incorrectly but are half the emails and info on the clinic pcs supposed to be missing?
like to be triggered either later on or via stat increase?
got stuck on thinned blood trying to free lily and had to look up the passcode cause the computer had no options and there was no note anywhere.

Then something went wrong. Please check the console: enter G.Random_PW and tell me which value is returned.
Then open /cefinal/vdata/hackterminals/blood_bank_computer.txt and tell me if you find these lines:

G.Random_PW yields 0

those files ARE in that folder

so i most likely installed something incorrectly...
i know its a pain but can i find step by step instructions anywhere
i dont mod games often and am obviously spoiled by tools like NMM lol

i know you mentioned a subfolder before. how might i create it? when i installed the mod i manually moved the items into their respective folders, avoiding overwriting a few files
so far it has worked...except for the hackable computers

Okay, here is what you do.
-Go to ModDb and download the updated version for modloader
-Install bloodlines
-Unzip cefinal on your desktop
inside you find two folders: cefinal and bin
if you have the gog.com version of bloodlines or if you have the patch or a mod that uses the modloader installed, you only need to copy the cefinal folder to your bloodlines main directory. If you don't, copy both.
Now create a desktop shortcut to vampire.exe or make a copy of the one to the patch.
open the properties of the shortcut and add -game cefinal to the command line (or change it from -game Unofficial_Patch to -game cefinal

hmmm. it claims it isnt valid
if i try booting it up it loads ok then shows the title is missing (error checkerboard, dont know official name).
adding - game cefinal/-gamecefinal/-game cefinal all yield errors (isnt valid) if added before the end "
any attempt to change it except this: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Vampire The Masquerade - Bloodlines\vampire.exe" -game cefinal
yields an error message...
if that line is used as stated above the title is not loaded (or whatever the checkerboard means i apologize im not that great with technical pc stuff.)
perhaps im putting it in the incorrect location in the line?
theres target and start i figured target was the one but tried both and it claims it is invalid each time...

i should mention im not using the patch atm. so i copied both cefinal and loader.

I didn't know you have the steam version. Afaik calling mods works a bit different there, but I don't know how because I don't use steam.
I've read something on that matter recently, I think it was the readme to wesp's patch.

I've read something on that matter recently, I think it was the readme to wesp's patch.

To run mods using the mod loader from inside Steam you need to add -game mod_name to the launch options!

Of course "mod_name" is supposed to be the name of the subfolder the mod installed into, like "Unofficial_Patch" or "CE"...
