a new mod... not for VTMB

so i was thinking that u guys seem to have used python in this game and i was just doing a little modding on M&B war band and the have python too. but most of there mods are balls or not done. u guys seem to finish though your work so i was wondering if you would like to make a mod with me. i would like to look at the lore first though but it would be the first vamp mod for that game. i have some ideas but would need to meditate on it more before i had an entire project. but before all of that i would have to see if you all where on board. i really dont know what else u can do to VTMB. it seems pretty tapped as its a liner story line game. but tell me what you think?

I think all the modders are occupied doing their good job of modding. Also, this isn't oblivion, so it's modding hell. If you wanna help offer your services to the bloodlines revival mod.

I think all the modders are occupied doing their good job of modding. Also, this isn't oblivion, so it's modding hell. If you wanna help offer your services to the bloodlines revival mod.

whats the revival mod and how may i help i can Only change text stuff which can be done in python but im limited... im going to research revival mod now. but do explain it in your own what if u wish. oops change of plans. im going out to look for those books. but tell me what its about or link it so i can see when i get back.

I thought the same thing when I seen him ban sfaqwerty. Although I didn't want to stir shit up so I didn't post. Oh well. If he's ever unbanned hopefully he'll be more respectful and less of an idiot.

If you wanted anything to go anywhere you got to put in sufficient work to showcase how well this project will go ahead, getting people to say theyll be on board then doing fuck all is a quick way to A) Piss people off and B) wind up with unfinished mods due to other commitments and people not wanting to work under those conditions anymore.

0. (Before anything else) Do the research to see if your objectives are even attainable, as for doing something like your talking about its pretty much not, you'd need to rebuild the entire game and make it open source for accessible editing and use through an SDK, see Psy Mod Unreal Bloodlines project or Bloodlines Revival etc.
1. Build a working model of what you are aiming to do, either slideshow, photo document or hell if your good enough an alpha level
2. Make regular updates and specify a realistic production schedule.
3. Work harder than anyone for ages to show that things are moving ahead at a steady pace
4. Do not slack ever.
5. Do not piss the community off, especially moderators and admins you will need their support for anything to go ahead, without its like pissing in the wind.
