Its not really a line, but I like the exchange between the player and Strauss about loyalty for Clan and Sect. Something like.

Strauss: "My loyalty lies to Clan Tremere and the Camarilla."
PC: "In that order?"
Strauss: "You will do well in this new life."

I always find "Maybe so" from Lu Fang's beginnings hilarious. ;)

Yeah, that's the name I couldn't remember and I had to paraphrase for the same reason - couldn't remember the exact lines.

Some of my all-time favourite lines from the game belongs to none other than Miss Jeanette Voerman:

Jeanette: "A ha haaa! I can tell you and I are going to get along just like fire hoses!"
PC: "Fire hoses?"
Jeanette: "When we get turned on, there's bound to be flames"
PC: "That's what I was thinking. What's your name?"
Jeanette: "I'm the finger down your spine when all the lights are out. I'm the name on all the men's room walls. When I pout, the whole world tries to make me smile. And everyone always wants to know who. is. that. girl."
PC: "Aren't you the tease? Got a name I can remember you by?"
Jeanette: "I. am. Jeanette. And this bit of chaos crammed in a certifiable giggle is my club! *sigh* I'd just love to give you funny feelings all night sweetheart, but I really must trouble with some business. We'll reunite sweet and soon, I promise"

The first encounter with Pisha was pretty memorable for me. Probably contributing to that moment was the excellent voice acting of Elizabeth McGlynn who was also the voice of Ecaterina the Wise in VtMR.
"Real terror is not the sight of death, it is the fear of death. What is the fear of death? Terror of the unknown. Is it these eyes you peer into? No, I am not the unknown; you and I are closer kin than you and it were."
Also Jack's line when the player chooses to feed on rats in the tutorial.
"Ratsucker! Hahahahaha! Hey, just a head's up: "polite" vampire society kinda frowns on that sorta thing."
