  •                 I've killed all the guards but can't see any key dropped, and I don't have enough skill to open the cell for him?

     Any ideas?

I should I just replay it in case it's a temporary bug?

     Thanks for any reply happy

                    I've had that problem.
You may find it if you go over the area with a fine-tooth comb.
Or try using Auspex if it's available to your character.

I forget the code for that item, but if you're desperate you can try
entering 'give item_g_' in the console and see if anything that sounds like the cell key appears on the drop down list.

The key may end up in the water depending on how you killed the guards wink !

     Hee hee.
Yeah, I think I had to go swimming once or twice myself.
I didn't want to discourage the op too much, though wink

Cheers, I'll have a proper look when I carry on playing, and if that doesn't work I'll try that console command - I think I used Beserk on one of the hunters, and they ended up hitting a crate of rockets in the crossfire, so it probably got scattered quite far away! I have Auspex, but only on a low skill level, I'll see if that works. Thanks again happy

"What strange vermin cower beneath the rocks?" If you wish a perfectly valid alternative,
then you could leave him to the ignoble fate he fully and consciously brought upon himself.
It is not as difficult an action to perform. All that is required is that your character
moves past her inappropiate and irksome tendency to assist pathethic mewling male wretches
like the irritating dog Ash. Fatal flaws in Caines bloodline that do not care enough about
themselves to keep existing in their flat little pointless meaningless unlife but lack the
     courage to self terminate.

If you wish a valid alternative then you could leave him to his fate. Let your character ask
herself, why would I ever wish to free that little cur? So he can slobber all over your
shoes with his awfully, painfullly attempt at gratitude? So you can inflict that measly
little worm on others? Does your character truly despise the Kine of Canada that much? To
     inflict that on them?

Leave him to his fate. The broken down, nihilistic little runt does not desire freedom at
all. Not really .. various clues throughout the game point at this. All he wants .. truly
wants .. is to go out in a blaze of glory. He seeks his own demise over freedom but at the
same cannot bring himself to it to himself. He wishes someone else to do it. To pull the
trigger, to take on herself the burden of his own sin. A peculiar form of the "Suicide By
     Cop" syndrome.

Leave him to his fate. He wishes to go out in a blaze of glory. Let him perish alone,
nameless, denied his glory under countless tons of falling rock, as an expression of
supreme delicious irony. The world of darkness would be a far better place than with him
     running around.

If for nothing else then for the sake of the purity of "Cainine's" bloodline, LEAVE HIM!
