I didn't say I believed it (I don't) - it just doesn't add up.  It's just that the link Highwayman667 provided seems to say he was  vampire,  but I don't get where people think he had a double from that.

Credit goes to Wilhelm-Streicher on the link

I believe this is just the fans making things up to explain the obvious blunder they made there. Maybe IanW knows better?

I assume the wiki guys (and /or girls) just saw the name "Arthur Kilpatrick" and wait a minute the Bloodlines 1 Arthur is clearly a human but in the Nick Kilpatrick description from the V5 Camarilla source book was stated that Nick "was embraced in 1994 by his brother Arthur. So Bloodlines 1 Arthur must be fake or a really big conincidence that both Arthur Kilpatrick share the same name, companyname and therefore profession.

To get back to topic:I really love Mitnick, the Nosferatu tech guy. He is normally the first character, I encounter after the sewers with their hostile Tzimisce creatures and he is such a nice character.

Mitnick instantly became a favorite of mine when I first met him.  Before meeting him I was terrified at the idea of encountering Nosferatu.  But Mitnick is just a computer geek like me.  Then I met Imalia and Gary and now the Nosferatu are one of my favorite clans.

Mitnick is fantastic. His little hacking quests are also a lot of fun.

I do wish Imalia got some love in BL2. Her insane demeanor would be a fantastic addition to the game but I don't think many fans liked her

I didn't like Imalia that much.  But I liked that despite her vampirism she still acts like a spoiled model.  But either way I wish the Nosferatu would've had more screen time.  Especially Gary and Mitnick.

I would love to see Imalia grow as a person, get over her sense of loss of her former life and find something new.

So basically everything about her should change. Of course people can change but what´s the point inbringing Imalia or Kiki back if they don´t act as we known them for.
A more kinder Imalia is of course much more likeable but for me its not Imalia. I am still mad that she give me just $200 for Guy Magazine but the price was $400 or even $500.

Oh I hated her so much at that moment

I guess it depends. I can't imagine Imalia being kind in any way... but if she was, I would hope it was to serve a storytelling purpose.

Wilhelm: Nowhere will you find anything about how I said, Imalia should become a nicer person, that will never happen. But she is headstrong and dedicated and if she stops whining about her lost model looks and start bringing her talents to better use, she can become a very efficient Nosferatu. And I didn't say, I want her back, someone mentioned her and I gave my opinion about her. That basically is, that she has potential as a character (and I did use her in a short story of mine) and that it would be nice seeing her putting her dedication to use somewhere else.

Surly its Straus, Jack and Pisha, I take them 3 as a kind of archetypes of Kindreds.

Max is typical Camarilla's vampire, who trust Masquerade and hard rules

Jack belives only his own rules, he is anarch more than any punk kid on strreet

And Pisha is kind of Vampire abomination focused on growing in power, not thiking about rules etc

I think these 3 are most colorful Bloodlines characters that shows VtM image
Why the walls have eyes, why do they need them?

I favor NPCs that fit my interpretation of World of Darkness and are connected to interesting quests... also, if their appearance somehow makes the world richer, more fleshed out etc., I tend to enjoy them and come back regularly. Thankfully most guys and gals in Bloodlines have much to offer, so pretty much anyone we come up with is a good choice.
So, to give some names, likely picked earlier:
Vandal. For some reason I really, really like the hospital in Santa Monica, the atmosphere gets me, there is much to do in that area, and it's likely my first steps ever in VTMB led me there. Funny thing is, I'm almost sure it only occured to me on 2nd or 3rd playthrough that Vandal actually is a ghoul - just assumed he's more of a sociopath who sells blood without asking too many questions. Maybe the Voerman e-mails went over my head or just were not discovered at that point. When I talk to the guy, I picture young version of Woody Harrelson, he has that savage appearance mixed with gallows humor [Employee of the Month!]
Arthur Kilpatrick. Another shady guy in Santa Monica, but he has a lot to say about surroundings and his job, which I appreciate. Not sure if I like V5 canon and vampire/impostor storylines, I'd rather have him as a typical blue collar sexist fatso, somehow oblivious to crime and misdeeds taking place just outside his office. His PC comes up in other quests and I wouldn't mind if developers came up with other jobs at later stages of the game.
Voermans
. Heart and soul of Santa Monica.
Venus
. World of Darkness needs goths, pure and simple. I could imagine Downtown without Empire Arms, Skyeline Apartments or even Fat Larry, but Confession is a defining place, a landmark really. Which makes me wonder if Bloodlines 2 gives us similar place to hang out! When it comes to Venus, it's good to see a strong, brooding character that has nothing to do with vampires or ghouls for a change.
Romero
. Cool shirt, double-barrel and horror movies - what's not to like?
Alistair Grout. Mysterious guy who is a centrepiece of truly ground-breaking quest, and I'm so glad we never meet him in person. Imagination filling the gaps works wonders in his case.

Other names come to mind but that's it for now. I'll just mention that anyone with deep knowledge of vampiric lore - be it Bertram, Beckett or Jack - has bonus points, world-building is truly important.
