I guess everyone likes Santa Monica cos it is the only one finished locattion in the game, and in fact it is the only one where we truly feel atmoshphere of Masquerade, Kindred's politics, secrets etc. And we can solve problems there in our ways, no matter are we hacker, thief, diplomatic or warrior. In later levels there is 90% fighting

Pretty much.

Mine are:

Santa Monica - for the reasons Wicih mentioned but also because I enjoy that "starting area" feeling, when you are a fledgling finding your feet, before you're caught up in momentous events.

Downtown and Hollywood are pretty evenly matched for me, I like both for similar reasons: I like the layouts, both have memorable locations and NPCs, and I enjoy both story arcs (the Plague Bearer and Andrei's machinations.)

Chinatown is where I often lose steam for my playthroughs because I know the game basically becomes a shooter after that.

Yup, and there is almost none side quests in chinatown. None memorable at least

No love for both Mr. Ox quests?

The retired hitmans and Yukie are also memorable. For me are "None memorable side quests" like the ones in Dragon Age Inquisition.Just bland unimportant busy work mostly in text form.

I have to agree with the above three and, no, I am not a poet that doesn't know it.

Yeah there are some memorable quests in Chinatown like the hitmen and Yukie as mentioned already, and although I know she is not popular rescuing Kiki is memorable.  Who can forget the mouth on her.

That's the main line already when you're resquing Kiki and the mouth of her.

Too bad we can't rescue the brat and leave the mouth locked up. Maybe we shouldn't save her ourselves but instead call Duct-Tape-Man.
