Zip file invalid

So I have tried downloading the mod several times now and whenever it gets done and I go to install it, it says that the zip file is invalid. So I tried going in and decompressing the zip file and it says that it is empty.  Am I just doing something wrong? I love VtM: Bloodlines and never knew that this mod was a thing, so I'm extremely excited to play around with it.
