WAI? Give Lily her things back?

I'm not getting an option to give Lily her things back (diary, picture, bail bond, etc.)

This used to give a little xp or humanity, and also allowed me to clear her junk out of my inventory.

You have to be completely nice and understanding. Support her delusion that she is not responsible for killing the guy...
I never try. Listening to her trying to deny the truth is way too much fun.

This is a feature from one of the recent Unofficial Patches. I seems the ATM did not include it yet...
