Taxi bug everytime I come out of the cemetary

Every single time I get in and out of the cemetary in hollywood, the taxi's windows get black and I don't get any interaction with it. I've tried closing and opening the game, I've tried loading a previous save, nothing works. It's always as soon as I get out from the cemetary.

EDIT: I spent an hour trying to work around it, then another 2 hours searching online for solutions and ALL OF THIS to end up realising I just confused the taxi the player is supposed to take (in front of the Red Spot) with a decorative one the modders added (right in front of the cemetary). Fuck my life.
