I'm confused about how to install this

I've never modded VtMB before.  This is the GOG version, I think it comes with unofficial patch.

I installed a fresh copy, then I ran the installer for antitribu 1.1 and the hotfix.  When I run the game  it does not say antitribu on the title screen, I think it is supposed to based on screenshots I've seen.   What did I do wrong?

My VtMB folder has the antitribu_mod folder, but it seems to be loading up the vanilla version of the game.

It's kind of hard to find clear instructions on how to install this.  Some people say overwrite the vampire folder with the mod folder, others saying the autoinstaller should take care of everything

Also there is an "extras' archive in the antitribu fodler that is password locked.  Whats the purpose of this if no password is provided?

I was said that password can be seen after completing game.

***SOLVED***

In order to run the game with the mod I had to create a batch file with the following command:

Vampire.exe -game <insert mod folder>

Then launch the game using that batch file

I would like some help with install/launch as well.

I have the game on disc, the 9.6 unofficial patch and likely an official patch or two floating around. The last time I played I just used the unofficial patch (I think) and then used the shortcut it created to launch the patched version. So, do I append the mod launching parameters mentioned above or does this mod work independently of the unofficial patch or what?
