Official Changes in the managment of the Mod
« on: July 27, 2016, 10:54:54 AM »
As of today 7/27/16, Lenusk@ contacted me on Moddb and made it quite clear that she no longer desires any outside publicity assistance or team-related assistance, so I am thus resigning from management and any involvement in and of this mod, due to a variety of reasons which do not need to be shared with the public at this time, including the fact that my role is no longer needed considering that Team Antitribu is no longer a team and thus antiquated. I will pass on all aspects of management to her, including publicity, she has also made it clear to me that she does not want assistance regarding models and maps or python unless asked for. Consider all progress I have spoken about in the past, as well as any screenshots posted to be unofficial, and no longer in official use within the mod since Lenusk@ wants to decide alone what is allowed in to the mod, and what is not, and unfortunately, she is not very pleased with what has been done since her absence. In accordance, anything I have advertised previously, or promised may not be used, including the Sabbat Main Quest and aspects related to it.

Lenusk@ does not have an account on Planet Vampire, and she can only be contacted on Moddb with questions under the account name "Lenusk@". This resignation is voluntary as I feel that I no longer have anything to offer to the mod, in addition I cannot always devote my full attention to the mod due to other mods I am working on as well as life events. But I wish all the best and I hope that you all continue to enjoy it, since it is a revolutionary mod and has indeed changed much of the Bloodlines feel. I apologize for any inconvenience because this event was on very short notice occurring within the last 12 hours. Anyone who is helping to make anything for the mod may continue to do so at their own discretion after contacting Lenuska.

With this said and being official on my end however, I am free to assist anyone else with their modding projects if they so desire any sort of aid. Pm me for details on what I would be able to help with

Well i think i speak for everyone when i say this sucks, you were doing quite well in managing  the mod, it seems rather selfish of her to deny any assistants all because she wants to mod only according to her vision so now

  • our suggestions are pointless because she only wants to mod antitribu according to her vision
  • any progress you guys made is gone
  • the developing will only be alot slower with only her working on the mod.

But yeah, sorry that you had to go through all that.

Well, on one hand, I think I can understand her, since the mod (afaik) was her idea, and clearly the developement didn't go the way she visioned it.

But on the other hand, I am immensely upset about these news. I think you were the best thing that happened to the mod in the recent years FleshArtist. I do not doubt that Lenusk@ is very skilled when it comes to modding Bloodlines, but as far as I have seen, she would really need help in certain aspects. The new story background for the Ocean House is rubbish, and if this is the best she can offer then I am very afraid for the story of the overall mod. Also, Lenusk@ is not very good at using the english language, nearly all of the new added lines in Antitribu had grammatical errors, that were quite frustrating and immersion breaking after a time. But the thing that pisses me off the most probably, is that she doesn't visits this forum, so I guess almost all of our ideas, requests, discussions, etc. here can go down the sh*tter. This is (was?) a very promising mod which I have been following regularly since like f*cking 2009, and through three different forums. I liked the ideas, and how you created the new clans and their disciplines, and I would have been very very interested in how you are planning to fit in all these clans and bloodlines lore-wise into the Camarilla. What Lenusk@ does here IMO is completely cutting herself off and isolating herself from the international Bloodlines modding community, which is anything but good especially, that fewer people will pay attention to the mod. What a shame.

I am interestend in other modding projects too, so good luck with any other works, but still, ATM was my favorite :(

It's a shame, but not the first time a promising project was halted over a modder's ego. I look forward to seeing your work on future projects (get in on the Prequel action!!!).

Maybe I'm mistaking but I think there was information about forum registration error that messed up registrations of Lenusk@ and some other users.

I can totally understand her. In order to keep modding, one needs to be excited for the project. Otherwise, the work will either be done poorly or not at all.
It's unfortunate, but I think she's not to blame. One's supposed to enjoy a hobby.

This is correct, but when it was approved manually, it sent an email to all who were affected. As I understand things, Lunska is very creative and has a grand vision for what she wants to accomplish. I've read some of her comments on Moddb in the past, in critique of others' work. She's very opinionated and knows what she likes and doesn't, there's nothing wrong with that. Also some people aren't very outgoing towards others, but it doesn't mean there's something necessarily wrong with them.

I do hope the project continues, though I kinda hoped things would have turned out differently, as we at least had FleshArtist to answer questions and give us a head's up on the direction of the project, aside from his other duties with the mod. Now we likely won't hear about anything until it happens, with little or no feedback from the community.  :boil:

I can confirm all of this! People must also understand that no Bloodlines mod is a real team work. We all have our own visions and while some, like EntenSchreck or myself, are more open to discussion, in the end it's always our decision if something will be done or included!

This might have been a misunderstanding about the ATM because Mv made it look as if it was team work, when in fact Lenuska did all of it more or less alone. Mv was really just doing publicity, so when he gave over to FleshArtist, I think the latter wasn't really aware of this until Lenuska told him so. I wrote Lenuska on ModDB that she should at least read PV for bug reports, but she answered that after 5 years of reading several boards she is too tired to get involved in this anymore. I assume that's about the hot discussions on the old ATM boards...

Anyway, although sadly enough Lenuska had her usual after-release-burnout and went into Torpor for a time ;), she told me that she has already started working on the mod again, so the project is not dead! She is willing to accept help or ideas from others, but as FleshArtist wrote, she doesn't have an account here and needs to be contacted on ModDB. She did read some of the latest suggestions though, but as with all the rest of the mod, it is up to her to accept them. In my opinion this is okay, but I would really like to see her appear here :)!

But what about the content FleshArtist added in the meanwhile? Does it go to the recycle bin?

Only thing I gave to Lenusk@ was the Cathedral, but she refused to use it for her own reasons.

Well, the cathedral just wasn't good enough for her standards. And when you see EntenScheck's church you'll understand it...

I am sorry to hear about this and can't be happy with the way you were basically DUMPED by Lenusk@ after apparently volunteering your own time and energy to publicize and provide support for this mod, which had a period when it was completely dead and you help provide technical support for it.  (I recalled in early 2015 after the release that the mod had numerous problems and I believe it was you that help provide workarounds on Facebook and for that I thank you!)

the Cathedral

Can we download the Cathedral map to look at it or it will be not in public access for some reason?
