Well i also doubt that their plan will work too but to fair they create the image that they still commit to this game.With all of these major departures (to be fair right now we only know that 5 people have left) some fans have question if this game still come out.
By the way i am not 100% sure but isn´t it that Bloodlines 2 has lost of its public known spokepersons that they used for their previous marketing?
Mitsoda, Ellison, Schlütter and Schwarzer all gone.
Pretty much. There might perhaps be someone else (like I am sure some other people talked about this or that), but these people were in the public eye much more often, I'd say.

I believe there was also a Paradox (Marketing?) Producer who has appeared in the clan videos. And there was a female dev who worked as UI Designer. Rachel something.

I don't like turn-based strategy games...but even I liked Shadowrun: Dragonfall. The story and gameplay surprised me in a great way. I don't know what any of this will mean for Bloodlines 2, but I'd put it under the "harmless or good" category of events in its development, at least...
